Each Page Title Defines it’s Content, for your convenience. Where there is Black underlined words, if you click on it, you can get a copy of that item, which is on pdf. I have designed this web site, because I was getting e-mails, from Commissioners, in other Councils, receiving my contact information, for Retention in Scouting, (thus the name), from their Colleges of Scouting, I also want to offer site visitors, tools that can assist, those Units you serve, assisting their success. It is not designed to, duplicate other Scouting Web sites. It is also where you can ask questions, suggestions, critiques, share new programs, and offer ideas that, will then be shared, on the Contributor’s Page, for others, including myself, to learn from.

I am also sharing my Thesis, for the CCS (College Of Commissioner Science’s) Doctorate that, I wrote in book form, and using the daily log, I wrote, while the 1^st 

CM, for 2 years, of the Pack I started, at my Parish, in October 2^nd 2002. It is

located on the Retention Page, where you can get one, or all chapters, that may assist you, in your own personal success.

I am working on is, putting each Page, on a PDF, and at the bottom of, each page, the title will be on Black Underlined Words, you will be able to click on, to get that entire page. You will also be able to click every item on PDF, the same way you can, when on this Web Site. 

Each page is 1st on Word, so when we have new items, given by those who offer items, can be added, then it will replace the page prior.

Special: Use this site like a lending library. You take items, to help with the Scouts, Leaders, Untits, District, or Councils you serve. Then, you share tools you have, that aren't on this site, for those who visit this site.
