I have designed this web site, because I was getting e-mails, from Commissioners, in other Councils, receiving my contact information, for Retention in Scouting, (thus the name), from their Colleges of Scouting, I also want to offer site visitors, tools that can assist, those Units you serve, assisting their success. It is not designed to, duplicate other Scouting Web sites. It is also where you can ask questions, suggestions, critiques, share new programs, and offer ideas that, will then be shared, on the Contributor’s Page, for others, including myself, to learn from.

I am also sharing my Thesis, for the CCS (College Of Commissioner Science’s) Doctorate that, I wrote in book form, and using the daily log, I wrote, while the 1^st 

CM, for 2 years, of the Pack I started, at my Parish, in October 2^nd 2002. It is

located on the Retention Page, where you can get one, or all chapters, that may assist you, in your own personal success.
